• Proactive outreach: Check in with clients when usage dips and re-engage them with practical steps. • Product adoption and on-boarding: Support renewing and new clients to get the most from the platform. • Retention & renewals: Keep your schools happy, so that they return for more. • Upselling & expansion: Spot opportunities to grow usage and impact across subjects, schools or groups. • Collaboration: Feed back what you hear to Product, Sales, and Support to improve the experience for everyone. • Reporting: Build and share CRM reports to inform your strategy and measure progress. • Strategy: Work closely with schools to help them meet their goals with tailored support and solutions.
• An excellent and confident presenter, with exceptional training skills, online and in person. • A proactive doer who can spot early-warning signs of churn and respond quickly. • A trusted partner who can lead renewals, handle commercial documents, and expand accounts. • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. • A relationship builder, who is a passionate champion of great customer experiences. • A data lover and problem solver. • A confident CRM user with experience using reports, dashboards, and tracking health scores. • A warm and collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude, who believes in what we're doing and wants to be part of our mission.
