📋 Description

• Install and configure products marketed for the accounting segment • Deliver in-person and remote training on the operation of accounting, tax, and financial products • Continuously develop expertise and stay up to date on external support processes and marketed products • Manage the system implementation process with clients • Participate in commercially focused meetings, delivering practical product demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field • Experience in an accounting firm, with experience across more than one area (accounting, tax bookkeeping, or payroll) • Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal tax and ancillary filing obligations • Microsoft Office Suite • Valid driver’s license (Category B) • Willingness to travel • Knowledge of the Domínio system (preferred) • Customer service experience (preferred) • Experience working in accounting firms (preferred) • English language skills (preferred)
