📋 Description

• Serve as the key user and subject-matter reference for the FI module in SAP S/4HANA • Act as the bridge between the accounting needs of the Tax, Finance, and Controllership departments and the Technology team • Participate in implementations, SAP S/4HANA migrations, corporate integrations, rollouts, expansions, acquisitions, and the Simplifica project • Lead accounting requirements gathering, as well as the design and validation of functional solutions • Build and execute integrated SIT/UAT tests and perform functional validation • Interpret accounting standards and translate them into system requirements in SAP • Implement regulatory changes, including the impacts of Tax Reform • Perform and review closing routines, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analyses • Monitor accounting indicators and KPIs, identify risks, and implement improvements and automation • Ensure the configuration, support, and evolution of ERP workflows • Validate integrations and the accounting treatment of collections, billing, returns, services, and other financial transactions • Design and implement internal controls and manage system access in SAP • Audit manual journal entries • Promote best practices and provide technical training to users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics • Active professional registration with the CRC (Brazilian Federal Accounting Council) — mandatory requirement • Extensive experience in accounting • Proven experience as a Key User of the SAP FI module • Experience with accounting configuration and a systems-oriented ERP perspective • Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage • Strong knowledge of accounting routines, month-end closing, reconciliations, and account analysis • Experience mapping accounting processes • Experience gathering technical and functional requirements • Experience designing solutions • Experience with integrated SIT/UAT testing scenarios and functional validation • Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and structured presentations • Basic practical knowledge of SQL is desirable • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or other enterprise cloud data solutions is desirable
