📋 Description

• Perform the monthly accounting close and prepare financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity • Perform accounting, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations, as well as classify and categorize transactions • Analyze balance sheets, journal entries, and other accounting information, identifying inconsistencies and performing adjustments and reclassifications • Manage accounting routines for companies subject to the Presumed Profit and Actual Profit tax regimes • Support the preparation and submission of ancillary tax obligations, especially ECD and ECF, as well as the calculation and control of LALUR • Review prior periods and make corrections to ensure information consistency • Manage simultaneous demands from different clients, organizing priorities and meeting deadlines • Analyze and resolve complex accounting matters • Contribute to organizing and improving departmental processes by identifying efficiency opportunities through technology and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, either in progress or completed • Experience with accounting close, reconciliations, classifications, and journal entries • Experience analyzing balance sheets and financial statements • Experience working with companies subject to the Presumed Profit and Actual Profit tax regimes • Practical knowledge of ECD and ECF • Experience with the Domínio accounting system • Proficiency in Excel • Experience working in high-volume environments and/or simultaneously managing multiple clients • Ability to analyze accounting information, identify inconsistencies, and independently drive their resolution • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple demands, priorities, and deadlines • Preferred: experience in accounting firms, BPO, or outsourced accounting operations • Preferred: experience with LALUR • Preferred: interest in technology, automation, and process improvement
