📋 Description

• Perform accounting bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements and ratios, for companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido (Brazilian tax regimes) • File ancillary tax filings, such as DEFIS, ECD and ECF • Register accounting books with the Commercial Registries • Support the support team and other accounting colleagues by clarifying technical questions • Assist in distributing workloads and resolving issues, and participate in necessary meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of general accounting • Familiarity with the Questor accounting software • Intermediate knowledge of taxation • Advanced knowledge of accounting regulations • Knowledge of accounting ancillary obligations • Skill in analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts • Intermediate skill in preparing and analyzing financial and accounting statements • Intermediate knowledge of payroll-related taxes • Experience in preparing, validating and transmitting ECD and ECF filings for companies taxed under Lucro Presumido • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) • Registration with the CRC (Regional Accounting Council)
