📋 Description

• Monitor and prepare tax calculations, generate payment slips and file statutory tax returns • Ensure deadlines are met and information compliance • Serve as the focal point for tax-related queries across other departments • Monitor required adjustments resulting from the Tax Reform • Participate in the internalization process of the tax function from outsourced accounting • Support the accounting close process and reconciliation of accounting accounts • Calculate ISS, PIS/COFINS and IRPJ/CSLL and generate payment slips • Prepare, review and submit statutory filings, including EFD Contribuições, EFD-REINF (DCTFWeb), MIT, DIRBI, ECD and ECF • Participate in case studies and projects analyzing tax feasibility • Monitor certificates of tax compliance with federal, state and municipal authorities • Support municipal, state and federal audits/inspections • Perform monthly and annual accounting close, ensuring deadlines and data quality • Prepare and review high-complexity account reconciliations • Ensure correct classification and accounting of expenses, costs and revenues in accordance with current standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience preparing tax calculations, filing statutory tax returns, ECD, ECF and routines related to interactions with municipal authorities • Knowledge to prepare accounting entries and perform high-complexity reconciliations • Proficient in Google Workspace Docs • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills • Strong problem-solving profile and effective, assertive communication • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • CRC registration preferred • Experience preparing tax calculations, filing statutory tax returns, ECD, ECF and routines related to interactions with municipal authorities (differential requirement) • Experience with NetSuite (Oracle) and Domínio (advantage)
