📋 Description

• Conduct rigorous legal research and analysis of authorities. • Draft, review, and meticulously edit high-quality legal commentary. • Collaborate effectively with outside authors and internal partners. • Leverage deep legal knowledge to support content innovation. • Manage and prioritize work effectively under demanding deadlines. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the legal market environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active admission to the California Bar are mandatory. • Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing law in California. • Litigation experience strongly preferred. • Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills. • Exceptional editorial judgment and meticulous attention to detail. • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new fields of law. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Proficiency in Westlaw online legal research platform and Microsoft Office 365 is preferred. • Experience working with content management systems or similar publishing tools.
