📋 Description
• Participate in client engagements to guide technical discovery • Translate legal workflows into solution designs and implementation plans • Design and implement AI-powered solutions for legal workflows • Build RAG pipelines and custom AI agents • Lead LLM evaluation for legal use cases • Ensure solutions meet ethical AI standards • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team performance
🎯 Requirements
• JD, formal legal training, or equivalent depth of experience in a legal practice environment • Fluency in legal terminology and demonstrated experience with lawyers or legal teams • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in AI/ML or LLM-powered applications • Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks • Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI system design • Experience with APIs and cloud-based tools • Excellent communication skills
