📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale solutions using .NET, Azure, React JS and Microservices architecture • Own end-to-end delivery for key products or programs • Solve ambiguous, high-impact problems, define design approaches, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals • Lead multiple cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish best practices in coding, design patterns, and system design • Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Generative AI • Play a key role in project planning, estimation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, while maintaining ownership of product vision, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications • Full Stack Engineer - Backend - C# (C Sharp), DotNet (.Net), Backend MicroServices, Azure or Amazon Services (Service Bus, KeyVault) • Kubernetes, Docker • Front End - JavaScript, Angular or React JS, HTML, SCSS • strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is highly desirable. • mentoring experience and a collaborative leadership style
