📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MFT infrastructure, protocols, and integrations (L2/L3 support) • Manage and support file transfers using protocols such as HTTPS, SFTP, and point-to-point • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents and fulfill service requests • Monitor system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of MFT services • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and/or Perl to streamline operations • Administer Linux-based systems, including patching, performance tuning, and log analysis • Participate in a rotational shift schedule to provide 24x7 support coverage • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), known error databases (KEDBs), and knowledge articles

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, point-to-point) • Proficiency in Linux command-line operations and system administration • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Shell and/or Perl • Experience in L2/L3 support roles, including incident triage, resolution, and RCA documentation • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) for ticket and change management • Willingness to work in one of three rotational shifts
