📋 Description
• Provide coaching, care coordination, referral and appointing services to clients enrolled in the VA Caregiver Legal and Financial program. • Assess needs of participating clients and provide education and assistance for legal services. • Track, monitor, and document all coaching sessions and related services within the case management system. • Provide connections to appropriate resources and make necessary referrals for facilitating goal attainment.
🎯 Requirements
• Paralegal Certification with at least two years’ experience assisting with the services we provide (listed above). • Strong understanding of legal and financial terminology. • Ability to respond to unpredictability and manage multiple projects/tasks independently. • High level of record keeping and attention to detail.
