📋 Description

• Define and execute the engineering vision, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the ThriveCart platform. • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture. • Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to develop and launch new features that enhance user experience and business outcomes. • Oversee infrastructure, system architecture, and DevOps strategies to ensure a reliable and scalable platform. • Implement and enforce best practices for software development, including CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and security protocols. • Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies and methodologies to keep ThriveCart at the forefront of eCommerce innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of scaling and leading engineering teams in a SaaS and eCommerce environment. • Experience with payment processing, checkout systems, or related eCommerce technologies is required. • Deep expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar), and software architecture best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a high-growth setting. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering efforts with business goals.
