📋 Description

• Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of diverse candidates and tracking their progress through the selection process • Participate in candidate outreach and communication, including scheduling and follow-ups • Support Career Overview meetings and learn how to present opportunities to prospective candidates • Help coordinate logistics for recruiting events such as career fairs and job boards • Learn to use systems like Workday and CRM tools to manage candidate data and reporting • Collaborate with recruiting specialists and leaders to identify process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Recent college graduate or current Senior (Graduating May 2026 preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field • Strong organizational and communication skills • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday or CRM tools is a plus • Strong problem identification and analytical skills • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
