📋 Description

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across clinics, regions, and service lines • Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making • Analyze clinic level and provider level economics • Identify trends in patient volume, LTV, payer mix, reimbursement rates, and operational performance • Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports integrating financial and operational data • Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and various other departments • Support ad hoc analyses for senior leadership and strategic initiatives • Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field • 3–6+ years of analytical finance experience • Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements and KPIs • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis • Advanced Excel required • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) preferred • Familiarity with data processing tools (e.g., Alteryx) is a plus • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus
