📋 Description

• Maintain processes and metrics for reporting needs, analytics, and systems • Organize and analyze data to support decision-making and organizational efficiency initiatives • Perform quality assessments of data elements and structures • Conduct regular and ad hoc reviews, audits, and investigations of data activity and integrity • Prepare reports and summaries of findings • Configure, operate, and develop manual or automated methods to test data outputs and inputs • Write queries and reports for analytical projects • Aggregate and statistically analyze business data for project teams and senior leadership • Interpret data to identify business trends and conduct root cause analysis • Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas • Ensure data accuracy and integrity and update data as needed • Provide guidance to teammates on complex requests and areas of uncertainty • Automate processes when applicable • Update testing-process guidelines, documentation, procedures, and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required • 2+ years of related experience • Foundational industry knowledge and ability to understand cross-functional technical aspects of supported systems and internal business processes • Strong English skills, written and verbal • Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills • Ability to collaborate with broader teams and leaders • Time management skills to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines • Analytical skills to interpret data and summarize findings • Excel skills • Ability to utilize or learn industry tools such as RPA, Python, SQL, and Power Query
