📋 Description
• Support our partner companies in the nationwide expansion of renewable electricity generation • Provide advice on energy-economics and regulatory matters • Ensure the economic viability of renewable energy and storage investments • Lead cross-company projects at both strategic and operational levels • Represent Thüga’s interests in association and committee work • Improve processes and develop scalable solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Successfully completed degree with a focus on energy economics • Good knowledge of the German energy sector, particularly current issues and requirements for expanding renewable electricity generation and large battery storage in Germany (e.g. BauGB, EEG) • Theoretical and practical experience in project management • Proficient IT skills (especially experience building Excel or comparable calculation models) are desirable • Quick comprehension • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Team player with initiative and creativity in solving complex issues • Confident appearance and high personal commitment • Ideally several years of experience advising utilities or in the renewable energy project business • Extensive methodological knowledge and tools in project management and facilitation are desirable • Willingness to travel within Germany
