📋 Description
• Insights: Rotation through more than ten departments, such as Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, the Energy sector, and Innovation Management. • Responsibilities: Commercial/administrative activities as well as the organization and handling of energy-related and business-administration topics. • Projects: Independent participation in trainee projects. • Studies: Concurrent completion of a part-time degree in Business Administration at FOM University in Munich.
🎯 Requirements
• Good higher-education entrance qualification (Abitur or Fachhochschulreife). • Interest and enthusiasm for commercial and business-administration topics as well as for the energy industry. • Confident user of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Flexibility and the ability to work in a focused and goal-oriented manner, even in demanding situations. • Commitment and ambition when completing assigned tasks.
