📋 Description

• Support our partner companies in developing sales strategies for the business (commercial) customer segment • Identify value-creating consulting needs and structure requirements • Advise our partner companies on all questions related to business and retail customer sales, e.g., product design or profitability assessments • Provide advice on optimizing the interface between sales, energy procurement and sales controlling • Develop product strategies, particularly for new product offerings (e.g., smart tariffs, PPA deliveries, § 14a products) • Evaluate and analyze market, customer and competitor data

🎯 Requirements

• Very good completed university degree (Master) in Business Administration or (Industrial) Engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in management consulting • Excellent knowledge of the German energy sector, especially sales and the sales/energy procurement interface • Team player, outgoing, confident presence and excellent communication skills • High level of commitment, determination, initiative, creativity and persistence when required • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, an affinity for numbers and enjoyment in solving complex problems • Experience in carrying out projects and analytical tasks, ideally preparing strategy-relevant topics • Very good German language skills and proficient use of MS Office and databases • Willingness to travel for business
