📋 Description

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for sales and go-to-market activities. • Develop financial models that guide strategic decision-making on key P&L drivers, including where incremental investments will have the greatest impact. • Work closely with Sales and Product to assess the impact of incentives, promotions, and pricing changes on revenue. • Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting, reporting, and spend management, providing recommendations to optimize against budget. • Analyze and synthesize financial results and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders. • Support the business in planning, and help develop team targets and OKRs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience • Preferred experience in a public company and/or marketplace environment • Experience working with Business Development and Sales teams • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell the story beyond the numbers • Ability to translate financial analysis into clear and insightful recommendations • A proactive approach to embracing AI tools to scale processes and deliver actionable insights
