📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Account Executives (AEs). • Serve as a coach and strategist, empowering your team to hit key performance indicators (KPIs). • Cultivate a high-morale, high-performance sales culture. • Manage dynamic sales campaigns and streamline workflow and operations. • Provide direct feedback to Sales Leadership, Operations, and Enablement. • Become an expert in the product and articulate its value to every professional. • Consistently monitor and document team performance.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience. • 2-3 years of direct people management experience leading a team of sales closers. • Proven ability to motivate and influence a team. • Expertise in creating scalable processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Proficient with CRM and sales tools; Salesforce experience is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Prior B2B, marketing, or advertising sales experience. • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Suite.
