Every month a client's virtual assistant is working, you earn. • Close a client once, and that account generates income for as long as the VA stays — and our VAs typically stay for years. • You have a dedicated lead specialist who continuously researches, qualifies, and contextualizes leads for you, so you're always working a warm pipeline. • Your job is to close, not to build a list. • Recurring income — your commission is tied to hours billed by the VAs you place. Active placements mean monthly income, month after month, with no additional effort on your part. • Long-term compounding upside — clients who stay for two or three years keep paying you the whole time. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B sales or closing experience — staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred • Exceptional spoken English is non-negotiable. This role is 100% phone-based selling to US business owners and decision makers. Your voice, clarity, and confidence on a cold call is your product — if a prospect would hesitate for even a moment based on how you sound, this isn't the right fit. Candidates with a neutral, natural-sounding English accent are strongly preferred. • Comfortable working US EST/PST business hours • Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn • Self-motivated and disciplined — you don't need a manager over your shoulder • Experience selling to or supporting US-based clients is a strong advantage • Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up • Hungry for uncapped, USD-denominated, performance-based income • **This role is not for** • Anyone expecting a base salary or guaranteed hourly pay • People who need constant supervision or hand-holding • Reps looking for a 9-to-5 with a predictable paycheck
