📋 Description

• Conduct Field Testing and Protocol Testing for various OEMs and customers, ensuring thorough verification of 4G and 5G technologies. • Perform feature release testing for new mobile technology features. • Analyze and debug complex network issues using industry-standard log analysis and debugging tools such as Wireshark, QXDM, QCAT, ELT, STT, Mobile Analyzer, and Mediatek Catcher tool. • Verify and reproduce customer and field issues, validating bug fixes and managing defect closure. • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to discuss verification status, report issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Follow up on defects raised by self and team members, ensuring complete closure and quality delivery. • Maintain strong understanding and adherence to 3GPP specifications. • Work extensively on chipsets including Qualcomm, Mediatek, and Intel. • Perform initial UE log analysis and use log tracing tools like QXDM, QSPT, and STT to troubleshoot device behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience as a Mobile Field Test (FT) Engineer. • In-depth understanding of 4G/5G/LTE/WCDMA/CDMA and IMS technologies. • Proven expertise in field testing and protocol testing across various OEMs and customer environments. • Experience working on live networks. • Hands-on experience with multiple chipset platforms (Qualcomm, Mediatek, Intel). • Proficiency with debugging and log analysis tools (Wireshark, QXDM, QCAT, etc.). • Strong capability in initial UE log analysis and tracing complex issues. • Excellent knowledge of 3GPP specifications. • Experience managing defect lifecycle from identification to closure. • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and collaborate with global teams.
