• Conduct regular meetings with partnership teams to review progress, address challenges, and strategize on future initiatives. • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and identify areas for growth. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align partnership efforts with overall business goals and campaigns. • Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and monitor any changes in regulations that may affect partnerships. • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the partnership team.
• Minimum 3-4 years of proven related experience (Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, Country Manager, Regional Manager or BDM) within the FX industry. • Excellent command of English and Spanish language. • Strong management and leadership skills. • Excellent organisational and analytical Skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment. • College or University Degree in Finance, Business/Administration, Management, or related field.
