📋 Description

• Provide guidance, training and development for staff administrators • Assist in managing daily fund accounting oversight, including NAV review • Assist in coordinating with third-party service providers (administrators (if applicable), fund accountants, custodians, auditors, and legal counsel) to support fund operations • Review financial statements, board reports, and regulatory filings including Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, 24f-2, N-PX and N-CSR – as prepared internally or by external service providers. • Prepare/review fund expenses and accruals, including fee waivers and other related fund expenses • Assist/Review in new fund launches, including operational setup, vendor onboarding, and documentation review • Collaborate with internal teams across compliance, legal, capital markets, and client services • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls • Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Five to seven years of related work experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. • MBA is desirable. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly and effectively. • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment is very important • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is expected in this role. • Specific experience and knowledge with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is required.
