• Assist in executing go-to-market strategy for Germany • Help close new partnerships from initial outreach to contract closing • Ensure smooth partner onboarding and engagement • Support and manage existing partners to drive member acquisition and retention • Develop scalable processes and strengthen long-term partner relationships • Support the German Senior Partnership Manager and Global Partnerships Director in day-to-day partnership activities • Create assets and work closely with Legal to create contracts • Identify and reach out to potential partners • Build and nurture relationships with partners across various industries • Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention through clear communication and collaboration • Support contract preparation, onboarding processes, and CRM data management • Contribute to analysing partnership performance and outcomes • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts and improve partner value

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for small businesses and digital financial services • Proactive mindset and excitement about helping to build something new from the ground up • Interest in partner relationship management and long-term partner success • Some practical experience or internships in partnerships, sales, customer service, or regulated industries experience • Well organised and experience in using analytics tools like Looker • Full professional proficiency in German and English • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing company • Team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude • Comfortable working in an agile environment • Desirable: Experience in the fintech, payments, or business banking space • Desirable: Interest in developing both sales and partner success strategies • Desirable: Experience working with CRM tools or in partner/customer success roles
