📋 Description

• Participate in budgeting and assist in building financial models for budgeting • Analyse actual performance vs budget, including variance analysis, identification of main performance drivers, and preparation of management reports • Take part in monthly reporting meetings with C-Levels • Present analysis conclusions and prepare meeting notes • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses • Monitor cost controls • Manage app spend with a high focus on LLMs • Coordinate day-to-day document acceptance and payment processes with the accounting team • Assist other teams with document acceptance and payments • Partner with business stakeholders to help them understand cost variances • Provide ad hoc reporting to company stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar finance role • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • VBA and Power Query would be an advantage • A proactive, methodical, and hands-on approach, with a strong sense of ownership • Ability to provide new ideas and optimize processes • Adaptability to change and openness to adjust direction as needed • Advanced English language skills (at least B2 level) • Experience in the SaaS sector or/and in consulting/audit (BIG4) is an advantage
