📋 Description

• Ensure documentation of Fixed Services product portfolio • Maintain service and network data • Collaborate with Regional Technical Managers for design activities • Ensure data quality and support documentation improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a mobile or fixed telecom operator is an asset • Understanding of telecom networks and topology • Knowledge of service fulfillment and telecom operational processes • Familiarity with protocols such as TDM, VoIP; transmission (SDH/IP) • Strong analytical skills • Good command of spoken and written English.
