📋 Description

• Support and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and related services • Administer Microsoft infrastructure components, including Active Directory and Domain Controllers • Support Microsoft RDS – Remote Desktop Services • Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure availability and performance • Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, and application-related issues • Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions • Support automation of routine operational tasks using scripting tools • Work with monitoring and alerting platforms to detect and resolve issues proactively • Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, security, and application teams • Document configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in outsourcing or outstaffing companies, with experience delivering services to external clients • 5+ experience with AWS and DevOps tools (Terraform, Git, Kubernetes) • Experience with Microsoft RDS – Remote Desktop Services • Experience with Microsoft administration, including: Active Directory, Domain Controllers • Understanding of infrastructure support and incident troubleshooting • Good communication skills and ability to work in a shared team environment • Will be an advantage SQL & Databases (RDS, Basic SQL and database understanding) • Monitoring & Alerting (Datadog, Grafana) • Scripting & Automation (Bash, Python)
