📋 Description

• Design and build the infrastructure for a greenfield streaming/WebRTC platform, ensuring scalability, low latency, and high availability • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies to support fast and reliable releases • Manage cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters using Infrastructure as Code tools • Implement autoscaling, performance optimization, and load testing to ensure the platform can handle high traffic and peak loads • Build and improve the platform's observability by implementing monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions • Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency • Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product teams, contributing to architectural decisions and the evolution of the platform

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in production environments • Experience designing and building high-load infrastructure from scratch • Hands-on experience with streaming, WebRTC, or social/multimedia products • Production experience with Kubernetes, including scaling, autoscaling, and troubleshooting • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible • Experience with AWS or GCP, including compute, networking, and managed services • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, along with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and Helm • Knowledge of observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, logging, and distributed tracing • Strong networking fundamentals, including UDP, RTP/RTCP, low-latency networking, and TURN/STUN (coturn) • Experience with load testing and performance optimization for high-traffic production systems
