📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and Data & AI solutions tailored to business needs • Develop governance frameworks and access control concepts • Design, implement, and optimize robust data pipelines using modern technologies such as Databricks or equivalent • Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, including containerization and orchestration • Act as a trusted technical advisor and sparring partner for our clients • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions • Monitor, optimize, and ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of data workflows • Stay up to date with the latest trends in data engineering and apply innovative approaches to solve complex challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable data solutions, platforms, and data integration interfaces • Strong expertise in data modeling (e.g., dimensional modeling, normalization/denormalization) • Proven experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferred; experience with AWS or GCP is also welcome) and tools such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and architectural patterns like the Medallion architecture • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL • Solid software engineering mindset, including experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Consulting mindset with a customer-centric approach • Fluency in German (C1) and English for stakeholder interactions • Relevant certifications in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and/or MS Azure are a strong advantage
