📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in Mexico • Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panels and hiring managers • Create and maintain candidate pipelines for upcoming roles • Maintain the ATS system, collect feedback, and calibrate the recruiting process • Engage and attract talent from senior consultants to leadership positions • Plan interviews and manage offers and negotiations with guidance from hiring managers • Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors • Build the talent team and potentially own recruiting for a business unit or vertical

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience as a recruiter • Bachelor’s degree • Experience working in a consulting company with global operations highly preferred, particularly US or Canada experience • Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, and machine learning engineering • Excellent communication skills • Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs • Knowledge of work visa and immigration is a plus • Must have work authorization in Mexico; the company will not sponsor a work visa at this time • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work with limited supervision • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality work • Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity
