📋 Description

• Guide and mentor internationally distributed teams of cross-functional Quality professionals • Coordinate multiple test projects in partnership with project managers and other stakeholders • Design, document, execute, and automate tests critical to ensuring stability and successful functioning of products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in Agile quality organizations and/or project management • Experience mentoring engineers in agile development teams • Experience delivering SaaS systems/platforms, modern Javascript applications, or other web-based products • Deep understanding of web browsers, servers, security, APIs, and performance • Understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD • Hands-on experience leveraging AI agents for software testing workflows • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and tool-use patterns for AI agents • Experience evaluating and adopting AI-powered testing platforms or frameworks
