• Help us choose the tech stack, with a focus on how cleanly each option integrates with HubSpot • Design how our tools work together, and advise on where to simplify or add • Build and refine our outbound sequences • Keep our enrichment and data flows clean and reliable • Manage HubSpot day to day - workflows, reporting, and data quality • Document how everything works so it stays easy to maintain
• 5 - 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, building systems, workflows and evaluating and implementing tech stacks • Strong HubSpot experience, ideally at an admin level • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Nooks, Apollo, or Unify • Comfort with enrichment tools, especially Clay and Apollo • Good judgment - someone who can weigh options and recommend a path, then carry it out • A self-directed style that needs little oversight • Currently using AI as part of their processes.
