📋 Description

• Build and scale backend systems behind salary advance, FGTS, and consignado lending • Develop and refine APIs powering an instant in-app experience • Work on payroll-linked and FGTS lending integrations • Collaborate directly with product, credit, compliance, and analytics teams • Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and team standards for quality, security, and operational excellence • Share knowledge with junior engineers and improve team effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of meaningful work • Strong experience with Kotlin and/or Java • Solid working knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL, and ECS • Experience building consumer-facing systems at real transaction volumes • Fluent Portuguese • Advanced English (C1), written and spoken • Comfortable using AI-powered development tools, such as Claude • Fintech, lending, payments, or regulated environment experience is a strong plus
