📋 Description

• Build & launch acquisition strategies for TikTok • Own paid ads end-to-end: setup, testing frameworks, optimisation, and scaling • Analyse competitor ads + funnels and translate insights into tactical improvements • Use best-practice ad structures to improve ROAS and lower CPFTB • Recommend weekly creative iterations based on data • Work directly with the creative team & country GMs to refine high-performing concepts • Own reporting for your markets • Scale spend efficiently with strong payback targets • Launch and grow new acquisition channels (Meta, Google, YouTube Shorts, influencers) • Build retention funnels: email flows, SMS flows, notification testing, cohort reactivation • Make product & UX recommendations to improve conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing • Fluency in English and Spanish • Experience scaling budgets from 0-$50k pm, with efficient payback periods • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, partnerships, data, product, and engineering • A good eye for creatives, with the ability to discern content that speaks to users • Strong knowledge of tools, running effective campaigns, key metrics and attribution methodologies • You have an interest in fashion or internet culture, and can stay relevant.
