📋 Description

• Maintain current revenue from existing customers • Increase share of wallet by selling mobile services to fixed-line customers and fixed-line services to mobile customers within the existing customer base • Strategically, efficiently, and distinctively target customers who do not yet generate revenue for TIM • Delight customers through relationship management and appropriate solutions tailored to each opportunity • Closely monitor and manage CHURN, BAD DEBT, and customer collection and blocking processes • Work effectively in partnership with Channel Development, Marketing, and Customer Solutions teams • Ensure that solutions agreed with customers are fully delivered and activated

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the large-account corporate market • Reside in Araçatuba, Presidente Prudente, or the surrounding region • Own a vehicle • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering/Information Technology, or Marketing, plus a postgraduate qualification
