📋 Description

• Develop and implement a social media strategy • Create content such as images, videos, Reels, Stories, and posts • Contribute to the creation of paid advertising campaigns • Manage the community and engage with the target audience • Establish and maintain partnerships with other brands and influencers • Analyze performance and optimize content • Support the continued growth of the brand on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for social media and creative ideas • Self-motivated with a hands-on mentality • Initial experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok is a plus • Motivation to help build a start-up from the ground up • Flexibility and willingness to take on responsibility • Availability of at least 10 hours per week • Availability to work from the Berlin location is a plus
