📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across the mobile app, web, back office, and design system • Lead design discovery and execution from concept exploration and prototyping through detailed interaction and visual design • Partner with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore opportunities, and deliver solutions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Apply systems thinking to keep work consistent and scalable and evolve the design system • Communicate design rationale using storytelling and data to build alignment and move teams forward • Collaborate cross-functionally, take ownership, and adapt plans with an agile mindset • Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate exploration, prototype ideas, and synthesize insights • Set the design agenda and quality bar as the most senior design voice

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing mobile consumer products • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and thoughtful problem-solving across mobile-first experiences • Strong interaction and visual design skills • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools • Comfort working across multiple levels of fidelity, from early concepts to production-ready designs • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers • Experience using AI tools in design workflows and ideation • Clear, empathetic communication and constructive feedback skills • Background in social, dating, community, or marketplace consumer products
