📋 Description

• Completing work for help tickets. (Primarily Reporting) • Submit Daily Morning Reporting. • Serve as the primary manager of Excel VBA macro reporting. • Continually monitor SQL/VBA for updates and fix any bugs or errors. • Manage email distribution lists. • Perform Daily Power Automate at 4pm EST. • Manage Power Automate flows to streamline updating CaseAware data. • Maintain PowerBI by migrating reports from Excel, SQL, and CaseAware into PowerBI. • Serve as a primary source for troubleshooting - help team find bugs and errors, troubleshoot or create: • o CAVALS • o User Step Reports • o Ad-hoc tasks/reports • o Step triggers • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on a technical development team, strong preference given to candidates with previous CaseAware experience, or other legal tracking software. • Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
