📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for the university's learning analytics service ecosystem • Drive institutional efficiency in service management products • Translate complex user needs into seamless technical support • Bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and academic mission • Ensure analytical tools are ethically grounded, sustainable, and aligned with university goals • Serve as a primary consultant to faculty, fostering a service-oriented culture across a global campus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years in higher education and related learning and data analytics experience • 5+ years Experience leading the management of a portfolio of enterprise applications used to support learning analytics and teaching in a higher education environment • Experience teaching college level courses. • Experience using enterprise tools such as ServiceNow and G Suite to inform service design strategy • Knowledge of Higher Education Student Information Systems. • Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive, personal, or protected data.
