📋 Description

• Monitor infrastructure environments, applications, and critical services; • Administer and maintain monitoring and observability platforms; • Configure alerts, triggers, dashboards, and tracking metrics; • Develop executive and operational dashboards using Grafana; • Track availability, performance, and capacity indicators of the environments; • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate incidents; • Perform initial root cause analyses (RCA) and troubleshooting; • Integrate monitoring tools with Windows, Linux, database, middleware, and cloud environments; • Participate in war rooms and support the management of critical incidents; • Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance analyses; • Provide technical support to infrastructure, operations, and application teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Proven experience with Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Grafana • Monitoring experience with Windows Server, Linux, networks, databases, middleware, and cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS) • Experience analyzing logs, metrics, and events • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and incident handling • Knowledge of SNMP and ICMP protocols • Experience integrating monitoring tools • Basic to intermediate knowledge of ITIL and incident management
