📋 Description

• Advise customers and independently design, develop, and implement tailored solutions based on the TIVITY platform • Create end-to-end solutions, from the initial idea through user stories and mockups to the finished product • Act as the central point of contact between customers and the project/development team to ensure project success • Conduct in-depth product and competitor analyses of innovative, market-leading software solutions • Facilitate workshops to develop solutions for complex and challenging subject areas • Capture customer visions and requirements • Create wireframes to visualize user flows • Plan a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) • Iteratively create data models, data queries, interfaces, and workflows using the platform • Validate solutions through user interviews and make appropriate adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in business administration, business information systems, industrial engineering, or computer science • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or in a similar role • Ability to analyze and interpret user and product requirements, develop solution approaches, and implement them • Experience managing activities and/or projects • Experience in change, release, and test management • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, assertiveness, a solution-oriented mindset, and analytical thinking • Experience working with distributed teams and remotely; a separate office room and reliable infrastructure are available • Strong customer focus, a high degree of ownership, excellent planning and organizational skills, and a results-driven approach • Knowledge of agile working and software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification is an advantage but not a prerequisite
