📋 Description

• Serve as a key legal advisor reviewing marketing collateral for compliance with laws • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology and vendor agreements • Advise marketing teams and monitor developments in advertising law • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide practical legal advice • Help identify and advance paths to profitable, scalable growth

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Active member in good standing of at least one state bar • 5 to 7 years of legal experience in advertising law compliance and commercial contract drafting • Experience reviewing marketing materials for compliance with FTC regulations • Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS agreements and software licensing agreements • Strong working knowledge of intellectual property principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational abilities • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
