📋 Description

• Provide operational support for a TMS project in the retail sector • Take on a diverse range of tasks and play an active role in shaping the project’s progress • Serve as the central interface between the field sales team, the internal team, and the client • Ensure a smooth flow of information • Support project controlling • Monitor key performance indicators • Contribute to effective project management • Prepare meaningful analyses and presentations • Communicate project results clearly and persuasively

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training or equivalent vocational qualification • A completed degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus • Initial experience in project assistance, ideally in an agency environment • Initial experience in team leadership • Experience in communication and conflict resolution • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Analytical thinking • Initiative and a proactive approach • Fluent written and spoken German • Business-fluent written and spoken English • Strong analytical skills • Enthusiasm for innovation
