📋 Description

• Strategic management of large or complex client accounts with a focus on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and, if applicable, DSP • Development and implementation of cross-channel campaign strategies to achieve defined KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, revenue, brand awareness) • Independent budget and forecast planning, including seasonal performance management • Preparation and presentation of quarterly or annual strategies (roadmaps, performance forecasts, action recommendations) • Professional sparring and coaching of Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers • Active participation in internal processes, quality standards and scaling strategies • Close collaboration with team leads, executive management and other departments (Content, Creative, Project Management) • Identification of new levers, formats and tests for continuous performance optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, optionally DSP) • Deep understanding of funnel construction, segmentation, bidding strategies and attribution models • Confident use of bulk files, brand metrics, search term reports, placements and portfolios • Analytical strength: You identify patterns in data and derive clear action recommendations • Experience in strategic client management – including presenting results and performance analyses • Structured, proactive and independent working style • Enjoy sharing knowledge and coaching other team members professionally • Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2+)
