📋 Description
• Spearhead transition to public markets through strategic transaction execution and institutional partnership development • Navigate public listing pathways including RTOs and alternative routes across jurisdictions (Canada, US, TSX Venture Exchange, Cboe Canada, Nasdaq) • Orchestrate public market readiness strategy and manage capital formation processes including PIPE transactions • Build strategic relationships within ETF and ETP ecosystem and institutional investors • Create investor-ready frameworks, maintain transparent stakeholder communication, and align business objectives with capital market opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in crypto with experience in ETFs, ETPs, equity capital markets, or public-company transactions • Track record with sponsors/administrators or successful completion of RTOs, PIPEs, or follow-on offerings • Institutional network and strong documentation practices • Able to obtain outside-activity approval and sign conflicts/confidentiality letters • No transaction-based compensation for securities unless separately licensed and engaged
