• Provide proactive support to brokers and agencies in person, by phone and via WhatsApp, answering questions and advising on products and processes to ensure productive, excellent relationships and maximize commercial results. • Support the Commercial Manager and Branch Manager in conducting business, using available reports and tools to monitor quotes and closures, aiming to drive commercial results with brokers and agencies. • Deliver training and distribute product bulletins about the Company’s products, using digital and in-person tools to stimulate sales and strengthen the brand. • Together with the Commercial Manager or Branch Manager, conduct on-site visits to brokers and agencies to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions aligned with the Company’s and branch’s strategy. • Monitor documentation updates and building maintenance requests, ensuring compliance with guidance from internal departments. • Execute payments of expenses and obligations not covered by Headquarters, ensuring regularity of local financial processes. • Reinforce delinquency notices to brokers and agencies, contributing to the regularization of outstanding financial items. • Support or lead the response to complaints received through the Company’s customer service channels, promoting swift and efficient resolution of client and partner issues.
• Experience in insurance. • Experience in sales, after-sales and/or customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Experience working with branch brokers is a plus. • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
