📋 Description

• Perform data analysis and processing applied to all HR processes • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI • Structure and optimize data flows between systems (API integrations) • Build ETL routines to organize and govern data • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in processes • Develop solutions to increase the area's operational efficiency • Provide direction to HR organization-wide with a focus on metrics and automation • Collaborate with HR teams to translate needs into data-driven solutions • Contribute to innovation initiatives, including automation and AI applications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed • Advanced English • Experience in data analysis and/or programming • Proficiency in Python and Power BI • Hands-on experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) • Experience with data integration via APIs • Nice to have: Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or RPA) • Knowledge of M language, R, and SQL • Experience with AI tools or concepts
