• Ensure configurations are accurate, tested, and live without issues • Lead the onboarding process end to end for new dealership clients • Serve as the main point of contact for dealers during implementation and after go-live • Train BDC, service, and sales teams on daily workflows, call handling, and appointment scheduling • Coordinate across internal teams to remove blockers quickly • Maintain clean, detailed records in HubSpot and internal systems • Monitor timelines and performance metrics such as set rate, show rate, contact efficiency, and CSI impact • Build repeatable playbooks that deliver consistent results across multiple rooftops
• Have 3–7 years of experience managing or training a Sales or Service BDC in a dealership or group • Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a talent for keeping multiple threads moving • Communicate clearly and consistently with both store leadership and front-line teams • Take full ownership of outcomes and follow through until completion • Care deeply about creating great experiences for customers • Thrive in fast-moving environments and stay composed under pressure • Are comfortable with Schedulers and DMS tools such as Dealer-fx, MyKaarma, Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds
