• Create, configure, and deploy automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, Microsoft Power Tools, Databricks, and Splunk. • Understand and analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine the recommended automation solution using Postal tools. • Write and update code, build custom scripts, integrate AI models into existing infrastructure such as Splunk, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Tools. • Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability. • Work with IT and CISO stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in automation/AI-related work • Proficiency in scripting, Python, AND (Java, OR R) • Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow ticket generation, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), AND a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform • Ability to analyze large datasets using multiple tools to uncover patterns for process optimization; ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data ingestion and parsing issues • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, OR 10 years of equivalent experience • Exposure to network security or cybersecurity • Must already have an active Secret clearance or Public Trust
